Hi all
I know that some people have put in a gate from their house directly to the pool area, Gordon has said we can but just a few things to clear up and was hoping "gate" people can help save me pestering Gordon too much as he already works hard on our behalf.
Gate has to meet the "approved design"....what is that and where can we purchase the gate from to ensure it meets the criteria
Do we have to send a formal letter to AEA for permission or is the email from Gordon the OK to go ahead ?
Any other things I should be aware of ?
Thanks

Hi Mel,
Just remembering something about this regarding the Marina Esuri properties...
Would you need to put down a deposit (was it 300euros?) to AEA, refundable once the work was carried out, and no damage seen to have taken place to the communal garden areas (ie. low wall, or border plants)? AEA should have the info.
Regards,

It is such a shame because so many of us have tried to make the gardens look really good and the flowers, shrubs that people have planted soften the fences and walls and make the area look attractive.........then !!!...there are several with gardens full of tall weeds. I have not been able to determine whether they are Fadesa owned If they are it is awful that they have not tended them. Maybe others have been sold and the owners are not intending to use them. Hoping to sell and puchased only as an investment ?
Out again 2nd week in July, how about you ?
Take care

Hi Mel,
Perfect timing! Please send me a PM and we can arrange something non-strenuous!
