Hi,
We are in the process of purchasing 2 bed apartment in Armacao de Pera. Any tips advice etc would be gratefully accepted. We will be renting out with the intention of moving there permanently when I retire. I am a newbie so I MEAN ANY ADVICE!!!

Hi Dave, I know how you feel. Getting help and answers can at times be a bit daunting. I'll gladly share what limited knowledge I have 
I have just ordered some furniture with a UK company called Villapack. Which took away worry of furnishing from scratch.

Hi Dave, I ended up going with local (to Ayamonte) company called 'Absolute'.
Villapack were very good, and had a comprehensive range, but there was some logistical problems and time constraints that lead me to go elsewhere.
