I just came across a new software package for beginners of Spanish with a special focus on people purchasing a property in Spain. I thought it might be quite relevant to a lot of people on here who are in the process of buying/have just bought a place in Spain as lots seem to express an interest in learning the language.

If anyone is interested, google "software" and "athomeinspain".
