Hiya all
Colin has not long returned from CE and again the earth from the bank has been pulled down by the rain and run into the pool. If we don't insist that Fadesa address this problem and solve it B4 the hand over to us as a community then we will have the responsibilty and cost of it all...including extra pool cleaning no doubt.
Can I suggest that all M2 owners send a letter to Fadesa about this so we ensure they deal with it and we are satisfied that they have solved it B4 we accept liability.
I spoke to Gordon last month when I was there and the bank problem and the general drainage around the pool area was high on his agenda. He is in talks with Fadesa about this but I am hoping support from us may encourage them to do something.
Regards to all

I suggest you all pool together over this (pardon the pun). It needs sorting before things get handed over and you end up footing the bill.
Mel, if you have a letter written electronically I can create a pro-forma type document for you and post it on the forum. Others can then fill in their details and post it off. It will save people writing (I've found pettitioning this can be useful).
Also, if there are any photos of the problem, they can be included.

Appreciate your offer

Hi Mel,
I remember someone saying that the gardens at Manzana 5 townhouses (RVA 1) were terraced also? Have they a similar problem, and if not, perhaps a solution is in their design?
Hope you have joy soon - ish,
